Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of LiLo, operated by KAADE CONSTRUCTION. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Your account

You sign in through Google or GitHub and are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share sessions or attempt to access another workspace.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use LiLo to break the law, to generate malware, to attack systems through bound webMCP tools, or to process data you have no right to process.

Automated abuse, resale of raw model access, and circumvention of usage limits are prohibited.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with 30 days' notice. Taxes may be added where required.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the prompts, twins and outputs in your workspace. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.

6. Intellectual property

LiLo, the KAADE CONSTRUCTION name and logo, the nano-prompt runtime, webMCP control surface, digital twin architecture, and all underlying software, designs, documentation and trade secrets are the exclusive property of KAADE CONSTRUCTION or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works of LiLo or its components without our prior written consent. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

7. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability for the hosted control plane. Edge twins keep running while the control plane is unreachable.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. Model output can be wrong; validate anything that affects safety, money or legal standing. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Burkina Faso, with disputes heard in the courts of Ouagadougou.
